And my blood pressure is consistently 128/79 , It used to be around 137/93
Exercise DOES really work !!!
No need for BP medication now , I'm happy.

2. Quitting smoking will lower your blood pressure as well |
|
I went to the doctor about a month ago and my blood pressure was bordering on high- something like 147 over 85. I recently quit smoking and had to go back to see the doctor. My blood pressure was 120 over 70.

6. That's right. Nicotine constricts blood vessels. |

If our gym didn't have TV's on the treadmill AND my iPod I would find it hard to stay on more than 15 minutes
At home at most I can do 15 minutes
Good for you. You clearly have a lot of determination and discipline.
