His mom is a friend of mine.

He also has a TV show. 10 Items or Less

And he blogs on Huffington Post.

So does his wife.

1. Does he carry a club around with him?
Or does he prefer a spear?

13. I thought there were plans to do a show based on the
cavemen characters in that ad. Maybe I just missed it, since I rarely get a chance to watch prime-time TV.

6. Oh, wow! Could you tell her something for me?
Tell her that her son provides something for us that most commercials don't?

A good laugh!

Two scenes from two different GEICO commercials.....where he's on the conveyor walk and sees the caveman picture, and walks backwards against the conveyor to take a better look, and then gets all flustered. The other one, where he's out on the balcony at a party, talking to his friend, when one of their caveman friends comes out to tell them that he and his girlfriend are getting back together. He gets all disgusted, turns around and tells caveman friend something like "Hey! We're talking - give us a minute, will ya?"

And NOW there is a new one with him dancing. OMG!!!! LOVE HIM LOVE HIM LOVE HIM!!! I never get tired of those commercials.

Thanks for sharing! :hi:

24. He is great in that show.
I think it is hilarious. One of my favorite things about that show is NO canned laughter.

I was hoping they would have more episodes this year, but after the writers strike I think they only had two or so new episodes. Unless my recorder missed some.

19. What ?
GEICO Cavemen

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GEICO_Cavemen

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The GEICO Cavemen are popular characters in a series of well-received television advertisements for the auto insurance company GEICO, that have aired from 2004 to present. The campaign was created by Joe Lawson of The Martin Agency. In 2004, GEICO began an advertising campaign featuring Neandertal-like cavemen in a modern setting.<1> The premise of the commercials is that GEICO advertises that using their website is "so easy, a caveman could do it"; and that this slogan offends several cavemen, who not only still exist in modern society but live as intelligent, urbane bachelors. Jeff Daniel Phillips and Ben Weber played the two earliest cavemen and continuously reprise their roles. Actor John Lehr appears most frequently as the caveman. A fourth caveman is played by Ben Wilson.
