transplant and she is the best match, able to donate. I would if I was able but I can't. This will be a big deal to our family as he is on dialysis right now and we hope this extends his life for some time to come.

5. Being that you're in Canada, are your SIL and brother? If so, is this surgery free?

Because in the US, it would cost a fucking fortune, and if both people didn't have insurance, there would be fundraisers out the ass to help pay for both surgeries.

I hope it goes well! Any chance to get off dialysis is a chance at a better life.
