1. Awww how cute
Did the pathetic looks work? Did you cave?

Quite often MG Jr. will have a bowl of cereal before bedtime. We used to let the two females have the dregs of milk at the bottom of the bowl, but it gave one stinky farts and the other mushy poo, so we've ended the practice. Darned if they'll give up that easily though. They see the bowl, they flank MG Jr. and wait patiently, despite being disappointed night after night after night. Hope springs eternal in the feline psyches when it comes to milk, apparently.

2. I'm immune by now.
They continued to press in close, while I ignored...

They got to lick the bowl, though. :7

3. My cat Othello, who is IDENTICAL to your black cat...
Has the most bizarre freaking thing EVER for ice cream. He can be far away from wherever I am and if there's ice cream, he KNOWS. And he shows up. And he looks just like your photos....LOL

Here's the only one I have of him online:

4. Wow! He does look a lot like Brutus.
Both have Shakespearean names, too.

Mine knows, too--he's also crazy for cereal milk, especially if it's Cocoa Puffs cereal. He'll sit, patiently staring, until I take my last bite, at which point he goes apeshit. I have no idea how he KNOWS it's the last bite, but he knows.

This is how he looks when he's not begging for ice cream:

5. Oberon and Puck mostly beg for attention, walkies and playtime
Puck usually gets this crazed look when she REALLY wants something:

I trained Oberon to do several tricks when he was a kitten. His favorite is "high five". Now whenever he wants anything at all he holds up his paw to "high five"

7. When Brutus is on his back he looks a lot more like my FAT cat Iago...
Haha! Othello's always been solid, but never fat. Now he's neither - crf is eating him away. :( He's now more like fur on a stick.

It's WEIRD how they just *know* those things, isn't it?

11. Yep.
Don't you HATE it when you find out someone else stole your cool name idea? LOLI thought I was the only one too. I also have an Iago - and not fitting in with the theme, Nashameh.

13. Well, ours came with the name.
He's mostly white, except for a pure black tail, a black spot on his side, and one on his head. I don't know if the old lady who named him was making a Shakespeare joke or a board game joke. :) She could have called him Bessie, as he's somewhat cow-like in appearance.

6. My boys LOVE their Ben and Jerry's....
You KNOW that you're owned and your cats are spoiled when you choose your Ben and Jerry's so that you can share it with your little monsters fur babies...

"Karmel Sutra" is mutually acceptable. They only get about a teaspoon at a time, though they'd gladly accept much more.

They don't seem to mind having a bout of the runs and StinkFarts From Hell...
but I most certainly do!...:yoiks:

8. And very sweet little mooches they are.
Maybe try giving them a little yogurt. The lactose in ice cream may be the GI problems, and the probiotics in yogurt are good for them

I am such a bleeding heart when it comes to kitties.
