So... I worked 25 extra hours last payperiod. I'm salaried, which means no extra money for those extra hours. So I asked my boss if I could move 8 of those hours onto this time period and take today off... she said yes!! :bounce:

It's 72 and sunny here today... I've cleaned the house, gotten an appraisal for our move, had a snack-style lunch, played on the internet, taken a 3.5 mile walk in the sunshine, enjoyed and iced coffee, have a nice grapefruit waiting for me, and I've still got a couple hours before Zornhau gets home to goof around on my banjo, shower, nap, whatever... and about 5 hours before I have to go pick up the kiddo.

I hope I'm not jinxing anything by posting this... life is really excellent today. :)

otherwise, I'm fine. And I love this temperature where you can't feel it being hot or cold, until a breeze hits, and it's softly cool.

9. The only caveat.

You HAVE to drink tons of water. And I mean tons. It will loosen the phlegm, so that the medicine can work.

I gave it to my son when he had pneumonia back in March and it worked really well.
