I have the same problem here. The pollen count hit a record here yesterday at 2550 particals/sq ft. They are expecting the same or higher today.

7. what do you do for your symptoms?

I have high bp, so most meds are a bad idea. :hi: Lots of water and fresh ginger tea, basically is all I do and hope for better in a few days. dang, my throat is hurty tho.

8. I've been using claritan for the last couple of weeks.

I have bp issues also, and the doc said claritan is a good option. It works fairly well, and doesn't zone you out like sudafed and those type of drugs do. I try and wash my hands and face, take eye drops, and saline spray for my nose.
