1. No one cares?

This is her first ever tattoo - she's been musing about getting one for ages. Today we made a special trip to the local Condoms to Go shop so she could get her picture taken (will post it tomorrow), and as there was a tattoo parlor next door I asked if she wanted to get one, and she said "Sure!" Four hours later she emerged with a beautiful tattoo. I have pictures on my phone and will post them tomorrow.

there was a time when that area was beginning to feel like raw hamburger meat. The tattoo artist took 3 cigarette breaks - I just hung in there!!

but now she is in Mesa AZ and hoping to start working there very soon.

That is a lovely tattoo, by the way. According to Margaret it will feel much like a sunburn, Keep it lubricated with an unscented lotion like Lubriderm, or Aveeno ...or the one completely unscented one that St Ives makes.

She's keeping it clean and putting Palmer's Cocoa Butter (recommended by the artist) on it. The colors are so subtle and beautiful.

She's on her way back to CA now, darn it. WAAAAHHHHH!!!

We had lots of fun with you, too - we meant to take pictures, but were so busy talking we forgot!
