And the neat old courthouse at the beginning of the video is where I practice, my office right across the street.

I would like to travel the western US someday. It looks beautiful.

I have only been to small pockets of it to ski.

Here is a cool one of a place very close to where I live. I live in St Paul, not West St Paul, but this is cool anyway.

2. Hope you get the chance. It is very beautiful.
Been to St. Paul, in fact, was born in Albert Lea, MN, and lived in Glenville until I was 5. Moved to NM and grew up in Alb.

I remember going back to MN to visit relatives and being in a museum in St. Paul when a tornado warning was issued. We had to sit against the walls underneath the paintings until the all clear. It was pretty cool to a kid. LOL

I built a fort out of mattresses and the dinner table and stocking it with canned goods, a can opener and a spoon while being home alone during a tornado warning.

Then I hung out there until my parents got home...

4. That's hilarious!
Growing up in Alb. didn't lend itself to natural disaster type scenarios where I could develop such obviously genetic survivalist instincts like yours. Worse thing was probably heat stroke. Not glamorous and no reason to build a tent outta mattresses.

8. Geesh, so much for evil lil' jasonc......
My mom was a stay at home mom, so not only did I not get to fend for myself from natural disasters, but I never got to guilt her for NOT being there. She was always there, but she usually had snacks, so it was okay.

10. Her snacks now, not so much.
She always made the best rice crispie treats, and chocolate chip cookies. Now, she's kinda out of the "snack" game and her cooking has gotten, hmmmm, how can I say this nicely.... bizarre? When we were home for last Christmas my hubby and I sat down to dinner with the folks and she brings out some green jello topped with MAYONNAISE. After I quit gagging she tried to inform me that you always put mayonnaise on top of green jello. My Dad just kinda grimaced and then ate it. *shiver*
