2. I am sure it will.
I have extremely high arches in my feet, so my ankles are more rigid than most, so probably sprain one of my ankles at least once a year.

It is just a subtle reminder to slow down.

3. Do slow down ! My husband says
I'm the clumsiest person he ever knew. If there's a curb to trip on, a wall to walk into a door to shut my fingers on I will find it.

Last saturday I broke the little toe on my right foot on a shopping buggy of all things. Open toed sandals, don't look where you're going and then kick the wheel with the side of your foot :(

I get no sympathy from him  I think he's used to it

4. My husband was all, "Should I take you to the doctor?"
I told him no.

I have the ankle wrapped up now.

scalding my boob. Lucky for me I got my clothes off fast enough that I didn't get anything worse then a mild burn.

20. So that's why my ankles get sprained

I was wondering about that.

Heal soon!

Sometimes I'm afraid I might fall off of them and, well, sprain my ankle or something.

Remember the acronym RICE, in situations like these:

Rest

Compression
Elevation

Sending good vibes for a speedy recovery....

18. Dammit, not supposed to do that!
I hate turning an ankle. Did it a few years ago, actually broke some part of my foot the doc said but wasn't something that could be set :wtf:? Anyway I fell when I did it and my then 3 year old son was there and he thought it was hilarious that I fell, I must be playing, it was strange having him laughing and laughing to the point that he made me laugh even though it wasn't funny feeling at all.

Sorry you are hurting (again) in a different place, maybe it will take your mind off other pains :hide:

seriously, get better and be careful

22. I have it elevated and have taken the anti inflammatory drugs.
I am more hot than hurt right now, our current temperature is in the 90s. Downstairs it is only 78 degrees so the AC will not kick on yet.

I am upstairs, working on getting used to the heat.

24. It is just a reminder to be more mindful
My mind tends to race ahead, and I have little clumsy accidents because I am not watching where I am going.
