What is your favorite Classic Car?
<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/bennyboy420/Cars/photo#5078745730150052530"><img src="" /></a>
PINK CADILLAC!

You may think I'm foolish
For the foolish things I do
You may wonder how come I love you
When you get on my nerves like you do
Well baby you know you bug me
There ain't no secret 'bout that
Well come on over here and hug me
Baby I'll spill the facts
Well honey it ain't your money
'Cause baby I got plenty of that
I love you for your pink Cadillac
Crushed velvet seats
Riding in the back
Oozing down the street
Waving to the girls
Feeling out of sight
Spending all my money
On a Saturday night
Honey I just wonder what you do there in back
Of your pink Cadillac
Pink Cadillac

Well now way back in the Bible
Temptations always come along
There's always somebody tempting
Somebody into doing something they know is wrong
Well they tempt you, man, with silver
And they tempt you, sir, with gold
And they tempt you with the pleasures
That the flesh does surely hold
They say Eve tempted Adam with an apple
But man I ain't going for that
I know it was her pink Cadillac
Crushed velvet seats
Riding in the back
Oozing down the street
Waving to the girls
Feeling out of sight
Spending all my money
On a Saturday night
Honey I just wonder what it feels like in the back
Of your pink Cadillac
Now some folks say it's too big
And uses too much gas
Some folks say it's too old
And that it goes too fast
But my love is bigger than a Honda
It's bigger than a Subaru
Hey man there's only one thing
And one car that will do
Anyway we don't have to drive it
Honey we can park it out in back
And have a party in your pink Cadillac

One of two, this is the white one (the other was red, I believe). I almost went with the '67 Vette 427/435, but I like this bodystyle better, tbh. Plus, with a high 11 second 1/4 mile, this bad boy would take a Cobra's lunch money.

7. mine has a song too

So this ain't the end -
I saw you again today
Had to turn my heart away
You smiled like the Sun -
Kisses for everyone
And tales - it never fails!

You lying so low in the weeds
Bet you gonna ambush me
You'd have me down on my knees
Wouldn't you, Barracuda?

Back over Time when we were all
Trying for free
Met up with porpoise and me
No right no wrong your selling a Song-
A name whisper game.

If the real thing don't do the trick
You better make up something quick
You gonna burn it out to the wick
Aren't you, Barracuda?

"Sell me sell you" the porpoise said
Dive down deep to save my head
You...I think you got the blues too.

All that night and all the next
Swam without looking back
Made for the western pools - silly fools!

35. Oh, if you only knew how important that rotten little LeCar was...
and not because of how good of a car it was. Frankly, it wasn't any better or worse of a car than any other 1970s-era econobox.

The importance was because of the designer--Pierre Bezier. (Pronounce it "bee-zee-ay." He's French.) Monsieur Bezier got pissed off at the spline function in his CAD program and wrote a better one. The Bezier Curve was later incorporated into all the good computer graphics languages like PostScript and...well, PostScript. PostScript uses Bezier curves to define letterforms, among other things, and all high-end printing is done in PostScript. So...if you're reading words that were printed on a press, they were done with Monsieur Bezier's curves.

20. In 1978, nobody knew about power.
That T/A has the 6.6 liter Oldsmobile 403 in it. Yes, it's a big block. It's also a boat anchor. Strangled by emissions, it put out 180-190 hp, IIRC.

I admit, though, it is a good looking car, and the last generation of the computer free Pontiac performance cars.
