With suggestions of planting vegetables due to gas prices and food shortages, I pose this question: |
|
What if you don't like vegetables? It's not that I haven't tried most of them. I have. I just don't care for them. What's a guy to do?

But on the bright side I could stand to lose a few pounds...;-)

Four hens and one rooster. They'll keep you in fresh eggs (nature's most perfect protein), eat the annoying bugs in your yard, and you can always sell chicks on the side for extra cash, or barter them for other things you might need.
Treat them nicely and let them roam free in a safe place, and they're a joy to have around. We used to keep an entire flock on our farm in Virginia. We never killed a single one, but we always had plenty of yummy eggs and pretty feathers. :)
Oh--and take a multi-vitamin. Voila, veggie problem solved. :hide:
