1. i saw that on the comcast guide today and it sure looks lie comcast ruined the ending
they give a brief description of the episode including the ending. Thanks a lot comcast.;(

the NBC promos were pretty good, just highlighting that Robin is on and pretty much batshit insane.

3. RW's manic style of comedy drives me nuts ....
but he does creepy well (see One Hour Photo for another example).

4. I remember when he did Homicide back in the 90's
Played a family man whose wife was murdered in front of him and his kids when they visited Baltimore.

Kurt Cobain and River Phoenix had died in the weeks before and the episode had me crying like a baby.

He can deliver the goods with drama.

I need to find that episode.


I read an article about this episode where the director said Robin would go on these long riffs that would have the crew in tears during the break, but as soon as it was time to shoot, he'd instantly go dead calm serious.

Bop Gun available on DVD.

Jake Gyllenhaal played his son, probably because Jake's dad directed the episode.
