According to TV GUIDE one of the main characters is leaving, as Kate did at the end of the 2d season. Someone will be murdered who is a main character.

Anyone got any guesses. I enjoy the whole cast but I would probably miss Jenny the Director played by Lauren Holly the least. So any other guesses or spoilers?

I think after tonight it has to be either Ziva, Tony, or MaGee since it seems obvious they are going to make Nicki a regular. They were trying awfully hard to make her sympathetic and prove she is not just a bumbler. Still can't say my opinion of her as a bumbler has changed though. If I were another agent I wouldn't want her to be my backup, JMHO.

So who do you think it will be?

3. I suspect it's Michael Weatherly (Tony)

although Mark Harmon asked out of his contract last year because he doesn't get along with the producer, so it might be Gibbs if that issue has arisen again. I can't see Harmon leaving...that'd be a huge role to replace and losing/killing your lead is always risky.

They seem to be wrapping up Tony-centric plotlines. That's why I suspect him.

I don't think it will be Harmon either because I think CBS took his side over Bellsario's and that they would do anything they could to keep Mark.

I just hope if it is Tony, they will find another guy to replace him and not just substitute this Nikki.
