Do you remember in the old days of the Oprah show... all the sensationalist topics, etc.
Then she started to do more "spiritual" type things. Now she seems to be back to all the sensationalism again.

I used to really like her, now I just want to feed her to the wood chipper.

1. Yep.
She jumped the shark to me when she started pushing "The Secret". Now she loves to give fluff brained celebrities platforms to espouse their questionable scientifc knowledge (see Jenny McCarthy).
She takes herself waaay too seriously..and she is not quite as intelligent as she thinks she is.

3. I saw an ad for a "can this marriage be saved" show
she's doing this week. She must be running out of material, or her ratings are sinking. If she resorts to one of those "Who's your baby's daddy" themes a la Springer, you can safely assume she's toast.
