I'm bummed out and I really shouldn't be........
nothing outrageous going on in my life, I've started taking vitamins, blah blah blah.......why am I so bummed out? It's like every few weeks I have a cold, or something. :(

Maybe I'm bored.

4. Why are you sick every few weeks?
Something is causing that and you need to figure out what. I'm willing to bet it isn't a vitamin deficiency. You don't have scurvy, do you? You either are repeatedly exposed to germs or else you are not getting over ones you get.

5. Sounds like depression. Seriously.
You should talk to a professional.

7. Boredom can sure be a mood sinker!
I know I fight it quite a bit. Also as Turtlensue suggested checking with your doctor to make sure it isn't something medical like depression might not be a bad idea.
