Ray doesn't come on until 4AM Eastern time, but he has a great show on the 50,000-watt flamethrower KGO 810 AM out of San Francisco, and streaming on the internet.

He tells it like it is with Bush, Cheney and their gang, and he won't let Freeper callers walk all over him. With his sharp wit, he pierces them like a knife through an over-inflated balloon, but first he lets them embarrass themselves with their moronic Freeper arguments.

One Freeper called to lecture him on the electoral college, and Ray pretended he never heard of the electoral college, it was funny to listen to, right before he pulled the rug out from under the Freeper near the end of the call, and made him look like a moron.

Ray really makes you feel optimistic about this election.

1. I agree.

I listen to him almost every night (morning). He's an unapologetic Democratic warrior and gives hell to the right-wing idiots.

I don't see why Bernie Ward, who comes on just before him, gets so much more attention on DU. Each is liberal and effective, but each has different strenghts and styles. Maybe it's the hour, as Taliferro comes on the air at 1 a.m. PST.

They're both lions of the left.

Brother Ray broke the PNAC story in the U.S.. Way before anyone else was even talking about it Ray had it dialed in and figured out. He's been one of my favorite radio guys for more then twenty years.
