I think we have a new cat. We stopped by a friend's house and brought

her (?) home. The friend had rescued this cat from the snow the winter of 2006/2007 and has been trying to get rid of it ever since. It's a domestic long hair, black and white with a black nose. We think it's a female, but haven't gotten familar enough yet to make a final determination! Since it's a furry cat, it's name is Nick (as in Nick ......Fury):hide:

3. She spent the day hiding under the table behind the couch but

she came out for some petting time with my husband this morning and with me this afternoon. Guinness is trying to convince her to come out and play. Jack is ignoring her. She is not having anything to do with either dog. Sapa and Mary Jane want her to know that she is officially #3 on the cat totem pole. I'll know she's settled in for sure when I wake up with her on my face.
