Never watched either. The Magigians House seems to be a Potter like series ( runs on KiKa, a PBS children's channel, here).

Strange hasn't reached the local screens yet; looks like a mix of the "X-Files", "Dr. Who", and "Bufffy".

Just kidding. There are lots of BBC sit-coms with only 6 episodes, but "Are You Being Served?" ran forever. Red Dwarf was also a multi-year series.

Also, I'm not sure how old the series "Strange" is. They could be working on a second season right now as far as I know.
