Home Brewers: Make Your Own Pruno!
...and May God have Mercy on your Soul.

Pruno, a prison wine created from fruit, sugar and ketchup, is such a vile and despicable beast in the California state penal system that prisoners can't eat fresh fruit at lunch.

2. Blecch - how to make prison booze
Edited on Wed Feb-18-04 03:01 PM by Loonman
How to make real effective prison glug:

Take a plastic garbage can.

Add 25 apples or pears
5 pounds of sugar
2 loaves of bread
Fill the can with water up to the halfway mark
Cover and let sit for 10 days

One milk carton(16ozs) goes for 2 packs of cigarettes and produces a 6 pack worthy buzz, but a hell of a hangover.
