Help! My duvet cover has gone wild! |
|
How in the world do you keep a down comforter in place in a duvet cover?
Here's the deal. We have a down comforter, white of course. What was I thinking when I bought a white one? Because of the cat and the dog we had - and the dog we're getting, white is not the best color to have. We bought a couple of duvet covers - standard 9 button jobs.
The problem: we put the comforter in the cover. It fits almost perfectly. When we get up in the morning, the comforter has slipped down a foot o two in the cover and bunched up at the bottom of the cover.
What can we do that won't damage the comforter but will keep it in place?
Thanks in advance for the help.

in the corners and in the center of both ends of both the down comforter and the duvet cover.
It's a good thing from Martha.

2. sew little ties into insides of the cover corners |
|
that you can use to tie around each corner of the comforter (just bunch up a little handful of the corner of the comforter and tie around that)
