the past year has been pretty monumental for me . . . more or less an epic journey of self-discovery and accomplishment and i've started to see things in a different light.
it doesn't mean that anyone is good, bad, or indifferent. or better. or worse.
it's just that i have grown in some areas. i'm still childish in some ways, but i can't understand your lack of emotion, the way you still habitually refuse to cope with reality, the way you constantly engage in "come here/go away" tactics.
i'm not saying that i don't love you, i just don't think that i am in love with you anymore.
in other words, you're fired.
i was thinking about sending this to my gf. i met this girl on the internet and boy i think she is the one!
she is so awesome!
should i throw away 15 years of history in a well thought out email?

2. The sentiment is fine... |

if that is how you really feel.
Never break-up over email though; in fact, never break up except face-to-face (unless you live more than 2 states away)...if you're going to upset the apple cart of someone else's life then one should be as classy about it as possible.
The email dump is about as tacky as the "Dear John" letter. Don't do it.
