so I go in the house and get some of the fancy shmancy
citronella candles I bought and came outside to light them...

Well I had to tear my kitchen apart looking for a pack of matches because since I don't smoke I don't have a lighter or matches!!!!

found a book with 2 matches in it

I will have to get some next time I go out

We had the same problem until DH bought a pack of disposable lighters. Never had much success with citronella, good luck, hope there isn’t much breeze.

7. I was down in the woods scrounging rock for the garden earlier

and I was in long pants, long sleeved shirt, gloves, and hat with mosquito headnet - I looked as though I were going into the jungle or something *lol* I had wine along too, but in an Eddie Bauer nalgene bottle; can't exactly carry a wine bottle into the woods when one is dragging a sled through the undergrowth with a bunch of football-sized rocks in it
