3. If it turns out like a rock, you probably made it too heavy or thick. |
|
You might wanna find some way to lighten it up and make it chewy rather than rock solid.

14. I've made it without microwaving and it is a pain |
|
The microwave makes it really easy! And you can change what kind of chips you use to make all sorts of fudge - butterscotch, dark chocolate, peanut butter, etc.

You can't go wrong with the marshallow fluff fudge. It doesn't get grainy, or hard, or lumpy.
Gonna buy me sum fluff tomorrow.

25. I got the best fudge recipe. |
|
Start with the recipe on the back of the Kraft Marshmallow Creme jar.
Then, do two things:
1)put in twice as many nuts;
2) put in half as much chocolate.
This will keep it from being bitter & chalky. Many chocolate recipes call for two or three times as much chocolate as it needs, which makes it bitter rather than sweet. This recipe calls for 12 ounces of chocolate chips. I use either 6 ounces of chocolate chips or 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa.
