Who has seen "Warm Springs" with Kenneth Branaugh as FDR?
I was stuck in a hotel the other night and too tired to work, and I put on the TV and saw this show.

It was really excellent.

I had no idea that it even existed.

FDR played by an Irishman. Cynthia Nixon. Kathy Bates. What's not to love?

but I would watch anything with Brannaugh in it.

Is it new? Made for TV?

6. It was apparently made for HBO.
It is now available on DVD.

Note that the Amazon review is wrong. Roosevelt was elected President 4 times, not 3.

I'll rack up some more "reward" points and get another Best Buy card and buy it. Brannaugh is absolutely top notch. As is Cate Blanchett. The Aussies and Brits have it locked up when it comes to acting.
