....next door neighbor moved out and now a cleaning crew has hooked up their hose to my water spigot like it's FREE for their consumption...without even asking anybody first...I'd like to go ask them what the fuck they think they're doing...but it'll completely ruin my buzz...think I'll just wait to see how much my next water bill is and if it's a lot more than usual...deduct the difference from the rent next month...fuckers. :hurts:

1. we had construction guys do that

we built a new home in a subdivision, and when they started building on the lots next to use the construction guys just hooked up to our ouside spigots for water.

so i turned shut off the valves inside the house.

7. I had the same thing, except they also CUT THE END OFF MY HOSE

to adapt it their equipment! I nearly had a thrombo! I mean, seriously - WTF? I hear water running, I look out my window, and there is some construction dude hooking his equipment up to my (newly altered) hose. And I live in a private residence. I came out screaming, called the cops, lots of fun.
