That's what my scale read today...
And I haven't been working out...
I was worried that I'd put back on those pounds that I swore would never return...
So I thought I'd check...
I was relieved to see that I was still under 150 pounds, as I had been before...
It gives me hope!

3. My dear GreenPartyVoter! |
|
Ah, thank you, sweetie...
I've truly found that diets don't work...
I decided that I would change how I live, and do the things I want to do...
Of course, working out helps a lot...
 back atcha!

I haven't been under 150 since about half way into my first/only pregnancy. That has got to feel goooooooooooooood.

It does feel good!
I know I've added years to my life, and life to my years!
You can do it, too, sweetie!

6. Ah, here's the secret: |
|
You can still have your cheesecake!
I still eat desserts, sweetie!
But...I also work out, well, normally...
You have to decide how you want to live, and do it sensibly!
The weight comes off as you decrease your calories and as you increase your exercise...
Less calories and more exercise: weight loss!
You do what you can live with, and it works!
I do not suffer!
It doesn't happen quickly, but then the weight went on slowly too...
If I lose a couple of pounds a month, I'm happy!

7. Peg, I just got home from the doctor's and she was very happy |

I lost 16 pounds in a little over 2 months. I am using the same "secret" you are-exercise I can tolerate, lower caloric intake. That's it.
Congratulations, all the best.

You are too silly!
I am far from too skinny, sweetie...
I'm 5'7" and when I got married, I weighed 125 pounds!
That was too skinny!
