Cassette deck recommendations? (Or: do you have a cassette deck you don't need anymore?)

I have a lot of cassettes I need to transfer, and it appears that my deck may have finally bit the dust. I'm looking into purchasing a new one, but I'm not sure where to start. I get the impression Nakamichis are good. Any cassette enthusiasts have any thoughts on the matter?

1. Naks are the best.

But see if the Sony ES line has one. I'm very happy with my ES receiver and disc player.

3. Nope. Just me.

I've got a Nak in the basement. I need to bring it upstairs and convert a bunch of tapes to mp3s and burn cds of them.
