I saw some fresh hams at the grocery last week, maybe get one this Sat if they are still there (don't always have). Good to cook on the grill.
For us tonight, hubby is on the way to Cattle Call Express for a pickup of CFS (for me) and ribs (for him).

I slow cooked the ham for 3 hours and it was fall apart tender and the pineapple gave it such a great flavor...

I boiled and mashed my own potatos and put butter and milk in it when I mashed them. creamy good




hubby loves the summer time because I cook almost every day
