1. Mmmmm, nummy garlic
King of all spices. Oregano cowers and cilantro withers in the presence of the Almighty Clove!

Luckily, my husband agrees and eats garlic as often as I do!

9. Love it!
One of my favorite meals: marinated flank steak stuffed with whole garlic cloves, roasted red potato and garlic salad with chives, and grilled asparagus drizzled with olive oil and minced garlic. A set table at our house always includes a small bowl of fresh garlic cloves and the crusher.

13. When I'm not dealing with food allergies, I lurves garlic
And there is no such thing as too much garlic in anything. I could eat it in ice cream. I can stir fry garlic bulbs in olive oil and eat them fresh from the pan when I'm on a garlic binge. Oh, man. I can't have any tonight, alas.

With the possible exception of ice cream. Although, I had some carmalized garlic ice cream once and it wasn't too bad.
