Tonight's Beer Flight: Maui, San Diego and Oaksterdam

I started off with a can of Maui Brewing Company's CoCoNut Porter. Very nice and malty, with just a hint of coconut. Not overkill - which works in this case.



Then I moved onto an old favorite: Green Flash Imperial IPA. Full of dank, bitter, resinous, piney hops. Chewy and powerful. Yum.



After that I hit the glorious Bay Area up for a 12 ozer of Drake's India Pale Ale. Hoppy goodness, without the alcohol tab. Gotta love it - chewy, pine tree hops mixed in with the malts and beer ornaments.
