My roommate and I had the best Idea ever today.
Mexican-Indian fusion food!

Dal instead of refried beans, Chicken Tikka or Vindaloo burritos, chutney replacing salsa with your chips...oh, the possibilities! We'll make bank with our chain of high-quality, low-price eateries!

What does the lounge think?

3. Drop the chicken, and you've got a good basis for a vegetarian-happy place. nt
Two mainstays of vegetarian diets, if you can find Mexican without lard in the beans.

5. Indian has an extensive vegetarian menu...
As it has been part of culture for 1000's of years, they have a whole vegetarian cuisine.

I love it even though I am still an omnivore.

4. What's the fusion?- They are ALMOST THE SAME
One of those weird things about existence... Subcontinent food and Mexican food are VERY similar.

6. Hate to tell you this
But there used to be a burrito joint in San Francisco run by Indians that used cumin as a spice. Huge thumbs down

8. I've had "French & Indian" fusion
Filet mignon with massive amounts of spices. Apparently the two do not fuse well.

Big thumbs down.
