What else is new? I used to work for their competitors and they were notorious to us for not disconnecting accounts, so the customer could switch services and that would boost how many subscribers they supposedly had, so that Wall St. thought they were doing better than they really were...among other things. I had to explain the THIER CS resp how to disconnect the account. (like they didn't know!) :eyes: I hope the accounting dept. fixes it for you asap!!
What a bummer!

Nice customer service. My bill was cut in 3/4ths thanks to their, um, "creative accounting".

but they screwed up how I ordered it. I already had a HD-DVR waiting to be installed, just needed the upgrade, which I got.
Monthly is $72.99, if you can believe it (Choice Xtra, DVR and HD costs (57.99, 5.99 and 9.99)) not to mention the two leased receivers.
