So someone got ahold of my check card number... |

Thank god I went to the ATM on the way to work this afternoon or who knows when I would've noticed. They've spent over $1000 of my money since June 4th. Luckily, my bank is being very good about the whole thing. They're crediting my account the amount of the bogus charges tomorrow morning and are starting an investigation.
Just a warning to everyone - be damn sure about what info you give out to people, even if they're working for a business you know.
*Sigh*

1. Quick! give me your pin and I'll double check that it's deactivated. |

How likely is it they'll find out who it is? Let's hope they bought something that they had shipped to them.
I scared the shit out of myself over the weekend entering things in Quicken. I forgot I got cash back and was entering from my statement, not having the receipt, so for a split second I screamed in my head "All I bought was eggs and flour! What the hell is this $25?!" Then I remembered.
