Ugh, I just got home about 30 minutes ago

it was 10:30 pm when I got home for those of you that are time-zone challenged.

I worked 11 grueling hours today. I feel like I'm bent into the wrong shape, and I can't quite snap out of it. And my brain is dribbling out of my ears.

oh well, I had better get used to it, I have an awful lot of even longer days in my future.

3. For every four hours in the office, I require one hour in the fresh air and sunshine

Although it's too hot to exercise right now. But I'll be back out there soon. Even twenty minutes of fresh air will reinvigorate you. I could almost go for a walk, but I don't quite have the energy.

5. Exercise is a good idea

the fresh air clears the brain. I would go for a walk now, but we are in the middle of a monsoon apparently.

4. Awww...

And then it double sucks because you're all wound up from work, and can't get to sleep right away, so you stay up and then the next morning comes so quickly and you're triple-y exhausted. Well, at least I am when that happens.

BUT...

The Tigers have taken 2 IN A ROW from the White Sox! And that is good for us all. :hug:

because my Fiancee is not here for me to snuggle, hold, and kiss...
