I'm not invited to my friend's birthday party.
And yes, I'm sulking like a five year old.

We're fairly close (or so I thought), but he's having this big weekend-long birthday party, that almost all of my friends from school (the ones that know him, at least) are invited.

And I'm not. I have no idea why.

I wouldn't be able to go for more than a couple hours, anyway, since I prefer to actually study for my exams, but still. I do feel kind of hurt.

and work from there.

Sometimes the truths from others can help our behavior and our people skills.

And I remember HS all to well.Sometimes my best friends were my worst enemies.10th year reunion this fall and looking back I can't believe the stuff we were mad about.

2. That happened to me on one of my then-best friend's 19th birthday.
It sucks.

Turns out the guy was an ass anyway, which I learned through living with him for almost three years, so we're not best friends anymore, haha.

3. I'm so sorry and that is so wrong.

I hate when kids are so obtuse. Did he maybe forget to mention it, or did you talk a lot about having to study before he got a chance?

4. He invited people over facebook.
Hmm...maybe I mentioned having to study, but I don't remember.

 back.
