Argh!!!! Dilberted! Cell phone and IRS madness!! aieeeeeee!!!

Argh!!!! Dilberted! Cell phone and IRS madness!! aieeeeeee!!!
I've been on hold for 2 hours trying to get information as to why the hell these systems can't figure out that I DON'T OWE THEM MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Finally, "oh, you should've been told that 2 months ago." from IRS. Cell phone co STILL can't figure out that even though they have proof I returned the phone, even though the credit has been approved for over a month, they have a backlog and haven't applied it and NO MY BLASTED PHONE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want f*ing sympathy, or empathy, or any other "*athy" I SIMPLY want my accounts straightened out!

AIEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any my BLASTED computer won't fax more than 1 page at a time and NOT over the dsl line, have to hook back up to phone line which means I have to hang up the phone and can't make sure fax went through OR I have to go to a commercial place and be on hold on my cell phone there for 45 min to get a real person!

Oh, you should've been told that 2 months ago. argh.

IS IT THAT DIFFICULT??? You HAVE the blasted phone. "Gee, that shouldn't have happened" doesn't count towards squat when 1 line is a business line, and the other is being used by a job seeker. I DON'T WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND!!!!!!!!!! I simply want YOU to do your job, competently. Is THAT such a bloody strange concept?

2. verizon. It just doesn't seem it should be that difficult.
Being on hold, listening to the chipper on hold thing tell you over and over how IMPORTANT you are, how my problem is their problem, "we'll make it right!" etc over and over and over. I have learned to ask for a supervisor immediately, though last time the person told me they don't have supervisors. I called back and talked with a supervisor who said of course they do.
