It's been a while since I posted a weight-loss update. I had hit a bit of a plateau. But as of Saturday, I had lost 70 pounds.

I am worried that I might have added back some during my just-ended vacation to California -- but maybe not. I was very active the whole time and it was HOT there. So I might be OK.

My plan was to make healthy choices, but not to be overly concerned with Weight Watcher points for those five days. I did my best. For example, on my one big night out on the town, I ate broiled mahi-mahi instead of, say, a lobster the size of my head.

This Saturday's weigh-in will tell the tale!

2. OK, I had the weigh-in... not bad

I was basically off the program for most of a week and I gained only 0.4 lbs. I more or less stayed even.
