those free systems have the crappiest internals, and will just frustrate you to hell. like my gateway from best buy at work does. 2 mb cache on 5400 rpm drive, SLOOWWW!!

although the screen is awfully small.
My bro gave it to me for Christmas. I've never had a laptop and it's so much more convenient than my PC. Don't know how it'll hold up over time, tho.
On edit- is the bank offering a PC or a "baby laptop", as I call mine?
