When I first heard about Tim Russert, my first thought was "heart"
I have high cholesterol and have been known to not follow the best diet in the world - I'm going to redouble my efforts to eat better and make sure I get lots of exercise.

2. Oh, I didn't know that either
I didn't always agree with his approach - he seemed to go after Dems much more than he did Repukes - but this news makes me very sad. I'm surprised at how sad I feel.

Also, oils that are liquid at room temp (olive, grapeseed, etc. not canola or corn oils)

Also supplement Omega oils.

6. I do take the (controversial) Vytorin and Lovaza, a prescription fish oil
Also the odorless garlic. All I really need to do is eat better - I'm going to the gym at least 4 days a week and working hard there.

Thanks! :hi:
