guys came today to hook in the water line for the icemaker and water dispenser. I have never had an icemaker before, and am looking forward to the instant chilled filtered water!
I had been putting off replacing appliances until we finally decide to do something with the cabinetry but when the dishwasher died, we went on and replaced it; then we got the sales tax holiday on the refrigerator and decided to just do it. I will have those two items completely paid off before the other work begins which is nice.

You'll love the icemaker - our kitties also love the chilled water. Monty will stand up on me to ask for it when he sees me near the refrigerator!

my husband had one when we got married and we have just been waiting for it to die, which it never really did. We got the new one because of the tax free holiday on Energy Star appliances over Memorial Day.
It remains to be seen if the kitties will even notice.
Are you job hunting yet?

I really didn't like the level of stress I felt. I know Mr. DTBK is confused - he paid for my legal education, and I know he wants me to use it, but he also wants me to be happy and un-stressed-out. So I don't know what I'm going to do yet.
