One more dumb idea from the company that can't figure out that the solution to its problems is:

-Less gimmicky shit
-Less absurd syrup flavors
-Less out-of-concept product (Frappuccino, breakfast sandwiches, notebooks, board games, books, music, WTF!)
-Improvement of existing products
-Manual bars
-Rollback (Less partners, less stores, Let's run like we did when there were 10,000 partners instead of 2,000,000.)
-Higher wages and a focus on keeping the best parters. (I can say with absolute honesty we've lost the 25 best applicants we've had and 6 best partners in my store on the last 6 months because barista salaries are on the wrong side of $12/hr. for the talent we're seeking.)
-Moratorium on price increases

Of course, they like this idiotic idea...it's something to waste $1000s of dollars on.
