Fess up.
What weird thing (other than alcohol or drugs etc...) do you need just to get by? Why do you think you have to have it?

1. about 10 years ago - the Entenmann's Ultimate Crumb Cake
was my CRACK

It was referred to as "Crack Cake" in my house, and my friend and I would pick them all up at the store and try to discern which was the heavier cake - as this one would have the most "crack"

2. LOL. Fair enough. I can totally see the connection.
But for me a certain brand of New York style cheese cake might be closer to "the crack".
I hope you've managed to overcome your "addiction"! :)

I had a case accidentally fall off my truck last week. I had never had it before. But I think I am going to switch from regular water to it.

10. Damn. You should work on that.
Nothing that anyone here say is even remotely truthful. Even the things that seem (or even ARE) deliberately hurtful. I learned years ago that a grain of salt is too much to allow for this place. Take it easier and love the back and forth for what it is.

BUT. If you are going to get yourself TS'd then you may as well go ALL OUT and do it RIGHT. On that score I've said enough.

Have fun one way or another and I love you.

58. I had to give up coffee
I was surprised that I could live without it so easily.

I now drink tea instead. On a health note: Today it occurred to me that I could make good use of my tea-making time. It takes two minutes to make a cup of tea in the microwave. So this AM I pushed the button, then did 20 push-ups to kill time. It only took about 30 seconds, but being out of shape, I didn't want to do more than 20 on the first day. I'll add more over time.

I've been at a loss to know what to do with those two minutes every day. If I go check my email, I just have to go back to the kitchen when the tea is done. So now I have a mini-exercise routine time. Not much, but more than I've been doing.

Their dark chocolate squares are to die for. And they are fairly reasonable on the fat and calories (for a junk food, that is) and have no sodium. So I allow myself to indulge from time to time. :)
