I have worked out on 6 of the last 7 days - aren't you proud of me? |
|
I'm really not losing any weight, but I think I look better, and I feel stronger. Woohoo!

I'm trying. I see all these skinny minnies at the gym and it makes me angry at myself (but they're probably all 20 years younger, and I looked like them when I was their age). But NO EXCUSES!

8. You can get addicted to working out |
|
The release of endorphins you get from it is something that is nice to repeat. I know I'm addicted to running right now. Not running is certainly enough to put me in a bad mood lately.

6. Good for you! I was told by several people tonight that I look like I'm losing weight. |
|
But I'm a bit puzzled about that??? All I've done is drink more water and juice lately.
I have yet to step on the scales ....

I try to go to the gym every day but missed a couple this week (although working in the yard was a workout...). I just joined an outdoor pool too; love it.
Feeling stronger and more engergetic is a great feeling, isn't it?

I do yoga 3 x per week. Last night I did some good dancing at the Brave Combo concert and caught myself thinking "How many Weight Watcher Activity Points would this be?"
Going to try to hit a splash class at the Y today.
