not sure what I'd call it though.

I did have a few names for the meads I wanna make.

My summer mead, orange blossom honey mead with citrus added - La Florida

Capsicumel (mead with hot peppers) - Loki's Helfire (don't have a recipe yet, just a crazy idea)

Still need to come up with names for my other two seasonal meads I've made. The winter one is a hearty mead with a light pumpkin pie type spice flavor and a hint of molasses/rum, the autumn is a strongly spiced cyser (half mead, half cider).

Still haven't thought up a decent spring recipe.
