1. It's a good 'un.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Bandit Kings of Ancient China, PTO (2). Koei did some damn good strategy games. I haven't played any of those in years.

2. I wish the NES emulators would run the koei roms.
There is an SNES emulator that runs Uncharted Waters II

3. Try running the PC versions through Dosbox.
You can get both GK 1 and 2 here...legally even.
