I have a dentist appt on wednesday morning (he is not in tomorrow or it would have been then)

I know I have to have a wisdom tooth pulled (upper right) but my major pain is the lower left and the glands on the left are swollen :(

I called today and they said he won't pull the upper until I deal with the infection - and if I feel worse to see my regular doc tomorrow.

Thankfully my mom is coming on Sunday - and hopefully I can get the extractions next week so she can take care of me - I am such a wuss - I need my mommy around before I deal with anything medical. :rofl:

Ugh. I had an abcessed wisdom tooth once. Not fun. And you will need fussing over! And a ride home from the surgeons because the drugs are amazing!

I don't know what is going on in the lower left - there is no wisdom tooth there (gone 18 years now) and the upper right one is dropping (ergo the necessary extraction)....

Mr MB is in Buffalo for the week - he left last Friday and will be home sometime this coming Friday, so I have to coddle myself these days, but mommy is coming on Sunday :woohoo: and then I have a caregiver.

if it were just the toothache I'd let it slide a week before worrying, but swollen glands mean an infection!

One of my teeth cracked and I didn't go to the dentist because like most Americans I don't have dental benefits and couldn't afford to go, so Saturday morning I got an abcess and the right side of my face blew up, so now I looked like the female version of The Elephant Man. Nice! Feel better!
