4. Dinner? It's only 5:10 in the afternoon
out here.

And, all that goodness marred by blue cheese vinaigrette?

"Cheese" and "vinaigrette" are simply not concepts that can be juxtaposed. :eyes:

7. I thought juxtaposed...
never mind, it can also connote a link between the two.

Haven't you ever had greek dressing, a feta vinaigrette?

Imagine the same thing, but different.

8. don't knock it if you haven't tried it. If you don't like blue cheese at all
then you wouldn't care for it but it is one awesome tasting dressing. Much lighter than normal blue cheese and has a really bold flavor which means you can use much less.

15. a tiny bit of olive oil with some garlic salt.
The real recipe includes red bell pepper, shallots and garlic but I was out of everything.

It is a wonderful salad.

I also do grilled chicken breast with baby spinach, fruit and a fat free raspberry dressing. Sometimes I add nuts and dried cranberries to that one. Especially good with banana and fresh orange or tangerine sections

Central Market sells this boxed baby spinach that is triple washed and ready to eat; I love it.

I sautéed the veggie burgers then heated up the avjar + mayo mixture after I emptied the oil from the pan and let it cool off a bit. :9
