Can't sleep again...visteral?

I have had a history of insomnia. Twice it's happened it's gotten so bad that I feel like I am going nuts.

I used to take Klonopin for anixety, but my doc wants to try something non-addictive.

Anyone taken Visteral for anxiety or insomnia? How did you react to it?

I gotta get rid of this anxiety...feel like I am walking around with a ball of stress in the pit of my stomach. I hate it.

can be very helpful. I'm a vegetarian and suffered from insomnia for many years. Eventually I tried Tryp, which is an essential amino acid that we can't synth in our systems. It's a precursor to melatonin, the body's sleep hormone.

It has zero side effects.


Sorry not to be responsive. I've used some prescriptions (Ambien and Clonazepam, et al)but was very susceptible to the side-effects.

suggests that your drug is essentially an antihistamine, similar to benadryl. I imagine the only side ffect might be a slight elevation of blood-presure. I found benadryl useless, but others respond to it more readily. Doubt it will hurt to try.
