On burgers (veggie) or fries. I ran across a recipe for coleslaw that used it as part of the sauce. It was better than it sounds. And I've used it in bean dishes and improvised stir fries.
I've never cooked Thai, so I don't have any good Thai food to use it with, yet. It's just a neat cross between Tabasco and ketchup, and can fill in for either one. Not as hot as Tabasco (usually), and not as sweet as ketchup. So I'm still experimenting with it.
