3. I've learned to look at trolls in a whole new way.

I see them as being the lost sheep that need herding. I mean, not everybody can be the intellectuals that we are. :P

5. yeah, I usually try to at least encourage them to read and learn and look around

but they almost never do. On the other hand, maybe some of them come here looking for trouble and end up actually learning that their side sucks. Never know, right?
